Our Review
Our Score: 19.0
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Osaki 2023 Sonno Zero Gravity Recliner based on my personal experience. I bought this chair in 2022 and initially, it worked very well. However, after about a year, the backrest bracket failed and the chair stopped working with the electric raise/lower feature. The bolts attaching the backrest broke off within the metal rail, and the chair became unusable. When I reached out to Osaki Company, they informed me that the warranty had expired and I was on my own. This left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, as the chair was no longer functional without a costly repair.
If you are considering purchasing the Osaki 2023 Sonno Zero Gravity Recliner, I would advise caution. While the features such as the 3 cell full spinal air massage, lumbar heating, and memory foam may seem appealing, the chair’s durability and customer support are major concerns. The poorly designed backrest and lack of support from the manufacturer have left me with a negative impression of this product. I would recommend exploring other options with better build quality and customer service, to avoid the potential issues I encountered.
For those interested in learning more about the Osaki 2023 Sonno Zero Gravity Recliner, you can find the product here. However, based on my experience, I would advise thorough research and consideration of alternative recliner options to ensure a reliable and long-lasting investment for your home.
